i think trevor from the bike shop will be riding with whoever is out! he turned up last week and nobody was out!my programme says i should be in the gym else i would be out
no stamina but managed to hang in with the 4up TTT

In fact, it was just two of us, me and Trevor from the bike shop in Stone :thumbup: :thumbup:

we did the croxten abbey run so we did about 50 miles, no cafe stop.

STUNNING day, all the way round with the sun on us :thumbup: :thumbup:

Sorry Phil, still bit nervous of the club run, went out with Leone and managed 49 miles :thumbup: to test the elbow and legs.
It still feels hard work. :crazy:
