After a night in the exclusive Celtic Manor hotel, Leone, Joff and Jake took part in the DHL Sprint School.

2 Swim sessions, a gym workout and Joffie's 2 full Welsh breakfasts it was off to Newport Velodrome.

Jamie Staff was at hand to coach the youngsters in the art of team pursuit.

Of course all eyes were on Joffie with his impressive watt bike antics, even though Jake and Joff's times were bettered by a team of girls
